App and account help

Tell us what happened and which device you use. For account help, contact us from the email associated with your account when possible. Never send your password or a sign-in code.

Privacy and deletion requests

Email us to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. The app also includes account deletion in Settings.

Report a concern

You can report messages, photos or members in the app, or email us if you cannot access your club. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. This support inbox is not an emergency service.
