This website

You can read our launch website without an account. Our hosting provider processes connection information, such as IP address and request details, to deliver and protect the website. We do not use advertising pixels or behavioral analytics on the landing page. Local browser storage may remember display preferences. Clicking Instagram takes you to Instagram, where its own privacy policy applies.

If you join the launch email list, we store your email address, the time of your explicit consent, your unsubscribe status, and a simple source label when you use one of our campaign links. We use that label to see which launch links lead to signups. This is not an app account. You can unsubscribe at any time. If you email us about your club or for support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and handle your request.

Your account and contributions

The iPhone app uses your email address and an account identifier for sign-in. We store the profile information you provide, including your name, city, pace, bio, character choices and optional profile photo. We also process club memberships, invitations, friendships, RSVPs, attendance, messages, shared photos, running history and milestones, and support requests and reports so those features can work.

The separate web preview uses ChatGPT sign-in. It receives an account identifier and available profile details; it does not receive your ChatGPT password. Native app sign-in is provided by Supabase.

Location and run tracking

Location access is optional. For nearby discovery, Likemind can use your current location on your device to calculate distances to club meeting spots; that discovery location is not saved as a route. You can choose a city instead. Club locations and meeting points you submit are stored as part of the club or run.

When you press Start run, the iPhone app collects precise GPS points only while that run is active. If you separately allow locked-screen tracking, updates can continue while the screen is locked until you pause or finish. If you decline, the run still works while the app is open. The route is uploaded only when you choose Save run and is stored with your account to draw the map and calculate distance, moving time, pace, and speed. Saved routes are private to you by default and are not shown to club members or used for advertising. Each saved run has a Delete control in your profile, and deleting it removes that run and its route.

While a run is active, the app may temporarily cache route points in its private app storage so tracking can continue through brief interruptions. That temporary cache is encrypted on the device and is cleared when the run is saved, discarded or reset. Likemind does not request or collect motion or fitness sensor data, and does not read Apple Health data.

You choose which photos to upload. Images you share with a club are stored for that audience.

Who can see your information

Club descriptions and upcoming run details are discoverable in the app. Club members can see their club’s member list, chat and shared media. Organizers can manage membership requests, runs and attendance. Profile details you share may be visible to other members. Your email address is not included in ordinary member profiles.

Reports are sent to the review audience identified in the report flow. Authorized support reviewers may access a report and relevant reported content to investigate it. Do not include passwords or verification codes in reports or support messages.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for the native API, database and uploaded files, Supabase for native authentication, and OpenAI Sites for this website and the web preview. Email and hosting providers process information needed to operate those services. Information may be processed outside your country.

The app may send crash diagnostics to Sentry so we can find and fix failures. Crash reports are configured without precise GPS, route points or run location fields. The app is free during launch. The current native launch configuration does not initialize subscription purchases. Payment infrastructure is configured with Apple and RevenueCat for possible future subscriptions; the web preview has Stripe integration. If paid features are introduced, pricing and the applicable data practices will be explained before purchase.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to valid legal process, or address abuse and security incidents.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep account and club data to provide the service while your account is active, and retain records where needed to resolve requests, protect the service or meet legal obligations. Saved run routes remain with your account until you delete the run from your profile or delete the account. Account settings provide export and deletion options. You can also email us for access, correction or deletion help. We may ask you to verify account ownership.

Deleting your account removes your personal profile, saved run routes, and associated contributions from active account use. Uploaded-file deletion may complete through a cleanup queue. Club records and other members’ contributions may remain. A minimal account identifier and deletion marker can remain to prevent reactivation and preserve blocks; legal, security and provider backup records may be retained separately. Transfer or archive clubs you own before deleting your account.

Children and changes

Likemind accounts are available from age 16 where permitted. The app asks for an age range, not an exact birthdate, and remembers that choice for the account on the device. On supported iPhones, Apple may provide an age range when regional age assurance is required. We use that result on the device to check access; we do not receive an exact birthdate, identity document or Apple age range on our servers. Where verified parent or guardian approval is required for a 16- or 17-year-old, teen access is paused until that approval can be supported. Teen access is also paused on devices that cannot provide the needed age check. If you believe someone under 16 has provided personal information, contact us for deletion assistance. We will update this notice when our practices change and show the updated date here.
