Good company. Clear expectations.
Make room for people
Be welcoming, respect personal boundaries, and be honest about pace, distance, meeting locations, and membership rules. No harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, spam, or unlawful content.
Respect privacy
Ask before sharing someone’s photo or video. Do not publish another person’s private messages, contact information, or location without permission.
Keep meetups clear
Organizers should explain meeting points, notify members of cancellations, and honor any no-drop or beginner-friendly promises. Members should update their RSVP if plans change.
Raise a concern
Report a member, message, or moment from inside the club. Organizers can remove content or block a member. Complaints about the owner go to independent support; you can also choose support for any report. If you cannot access the club, use Support. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
